What happens once I complete the PAWS Training Centers’ Service Dog Training Program?

Certification that exceeds all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) can be accomplished through PAWS Training Centers by successfully completing the 4-phased Service Dog Training Program and the final Public Access Test. PAWS Training Centers requires that you maintain a 6-month relationship with us prior to the final test and further requires that your dog is at least 1-year old and fully matured. Upon certification, PAWS Training Centers will provide you with a vest and informational ID Cards. To maintain your certification with PAWS Training Centers, you will be required to re-test annually. We further recommend that you obtain General Liability insurance to ensure proper coverage for you and your dog while in public places.
